「Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". 「This was my second time staying at the Inverness Hilton. The hotel Staff were great, very friendly and courteous. I had a room on the 3rd floor facing IKEA. It had huge windows, lots of natural light, very comfy bed, and lots of lamps. I had the steak fritas and my husband had fish and chips, at the Game Room bar/restaurant, the food was really good, a touch pricy, but overall worth the price.
