"Property was nice but there was some confusion at check in. The property was nice and in a beautiful location. We loved the dogs. But the room are very echoing and you can really hear your neighbours. Over all would stay again though. Just made sure you are aware of your booking records. "

"When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation and treated us poorly, almost as if the mistake were ours. Even after I showed her all the confirmation details, she kept insisting there was nothing under my name. Eventually she located the reservation, and her attitude changed immediately—she became friendly and chatty. Front‑desk staff should treat every guest or potential guest with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of any confusion with the system. I do want to add that every other staff member we interacted with at the front desk was very friendly and helpful."
