「Staff asked us to pay $170 MAD city tax when we checked out in hurry. We subsequently realised we had already paid that at the time of booking. In short, staff asked us to double pay what we have already paid. That’s not right. :(」

From the smell of the rooms, to the state of the art relaxation pool tech, sauna, showers, amenities... the staff service and attentiveness was second to none, some one even ran to the resteraunts on the property to get us menus so we could decide before walking there. Honestly, one of the most looked after holidays i have had. 15/10 would recommend to any and everyone!」
