「The staff were lovely and the breakfasts larger than I could eat. One staff member helped me find and negotiate the purchase of a Moroccan jabala. They also did some washing for me at no additional cost and were happy for me to hang around when my train was delayed. 」

「Beautifully furnished Riad, just off main street of Medina, so close to shops, 20 min walk to beach, central location and excellent breakfast and service. Thanks to Issam and the whole team for looking after me and arranging last minute Tuk Tuk with Ayoud 」

「Absolutely enjoyed staying at Dar Mayshad. The place is gorgeous, historical and very tastefully decorated. The staff are very polite and hospitable and breakfast is great. The location in the old Medina makes the walk to the hotel a wonderful experience. 」

「Dining was way too expensive. Dinner cost $45 per person in the basement with no ambiance. Food was OK, but certainly not fine dining.
Sheets on bed we slept in barely covered the bed, meaning one of us had to use the extra blanket. In the room we were in #4 we never had hot water. Showers were lukewarm.
