Comfort and views near beach!

Great hotel in QN near both the main Esplanade and the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Hotel is large spacious and modern with decent amenities and soundproofing. Western style beds were great. English television and movie channels were a bonus. Had dinner at the attached restaurant on the ground floor and was quite disappointed. Meat too tough to eat and the smallest glass of wine I’ve seen in Vietnam lol.

Excellent location but check-in needs to improve

The hotel is located right at the city center, easy to travel to beach cafe, restaurants, bar. The room is modernly furnished though there’s not much to say about the view. Food quality and service is okay. There is only one thing I’m not satisfied - check-in procedure. The staff appeared unfamiliar with the Hotels.com booking number so she requested me to call the Hotels.com hotline I tried to contact Hotels.com hotline but given it did not have a local hotline in Vietnam, I need to wait for around 45 mins to finally figure out the rooms I booked by searching the names. However, the stay was overall good.

Across the board, the staffs from all level were extremely accomodating. We felt a sense of genuine sincerity from all employees as well as the management team. Amenities are on par with any respectable 4 star from the US. Kudos to management for putting together a well trained team of employee. Wishing that all the hotel guests could be just as nice as they were.

新しいホテルなので、清潔で過ごしやすがった。スパやカフェなど、英語が通じ難い場合もあるが、スタッフの一生懸命さが伝わります。 フロントは英語が通じるので、スパの予約、タクシー手配など任せられます。 朝食も美味しかったです。 ベトナム料理だけでなく、洋食やフルーツもあり満足しました。
