Beautiful hotel

Hotel is very nice! Staff were friendly and kind. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was our favourite as there were so many choices. Don’t hesitate to book here- ps across the street is the beach. There are no chairs so you would have to buy a towel as I am unsure if you can use pool towels.

Did not like the room layout, the bathroom is open to the room. The staff was nice, nice facilities. Breakfast came with the room, but food and coffee, juices, were not good! Comfortable bed, hotel is in good location, everything works very well! Except for the bathroom being open to the room (no privacy), i really liked it.

Large hotel. Seems very corporate. Nice pool but was taken over by ‘exciteable’ kids meaning little chance for a peaceful swim. Rooms are modern with excellent walking shower. Overall I prefer smaller hotels targeting tourist rather than corporate guest so I wouldn’t stay at Anya again.

The view of my room was beautiful after the manager helps me upgrade it. The thing that I liked about the hotel was the manager took an action to take care of the customers immediately if there is an issue. This shows me that the hotel really cares about their customers. The hotel is really close to the beach and walkable to many places. You also can see many people swimming at the beach from your rooms. The view was so amazing. I definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Quy Nhon next time.

We reserved a Premier Signature Ocean View King room. The checkin was smooth, although the welcome drink was just a glass of flavoured water, memorable because it was so ordinary. At the room, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The included hearty breakfast had something for everyone. It set us up for a big day out. The next evening, our last, we tried the bbq special. At $299k per person, it was disappointing. Far too much chillie and chillie sauce on the side. Could hardly eat, and I quite like spicy food. Lucky, it turns out as I was ill for the next three days with explosive diarrhea. I emailed the hotel to advise them to kindly check their food hygiene but no reply. 99% sure it was a bad oyster as my partner and I shared every meal prior except the oysters. Ruined 5 days of our 10 day foodie tour of Vietnam. Checkout was a joke. Kept waiting while a staff member went up to the room and returned. We were sitting in the taxi waiting for clearance to leave. Left a bitter taste.
