"Front desk personnel at check in was great"

"We were there just one night and we arrived at midnight and left before 7am the next morning to catch a flight back home. So we did not eat breakfast so can’t rate that. The hotel is on a side street off the Main Street and does not have much frontage and is not well marked. And as it was dark we had a little trouble finding it. Be aware that there is no elevator so you will have to walk up the stairs. Also, the plumbing is very noisy. Whenever you flush the toilet or run the faucet there is a loud racket. The bathroom was very clean and had been updated. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Oh, and the air conditioning worked fine."

"The hotel stay was amazing. We had to extend our stay for a few extra days because of flight cancellation. Hotel staff was accommodating and provided valuable answers to any questions and help needed. The room was tidy, spacious, had all the amenities you could have asked for. The outside pool area was also very clean and tidy, they even provide sunbed towels which is a nice touch as you can lay them on the sunbeds or dry off and then place them in the laundry baskets provided. Location wise, it is great, lots of good bakeries and supermarkets close by, the metro station is a short 5 minute walk from the hotel and the buses give good access directly into the city centre."

"We had such an incredible 4-night stay that I can't stop raving about the exceptional service! Not only is the hotel stunning with such great facilities, the staff go above and beyond. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt at home. The doormen do not let you lift a finger; they're there offering help before you can even say hello. The guest services staff were incredible -- especially Antonio and his lovely colleague (I can't recall her name) who played with our 1 and 5 year old children each time they saw them. Our daughter was ill during the trip and the hotel facilitated a private Drs visit to our room (at a fee) which made a huge difference to the rest of our stay. The pool is a great temperature, spa facilities and massage were fantastic, breakfast was vast and there is a comfortable shuttle that operates every 30 minutes to the town centre. This was my second time staying at the Corinthia and I now want to stay at all locations when I travel."

"I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was exceptional, and every detail was thoughtfully maintained. What stood out most was the staff—they were incredibly warm, genuine, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their hospitality made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."
