「#1: Google Maps failed to get us to the property every time. This is not the fault of the owners, but it is something every visitor should know. #2: check-in time is 5:00. We arrived way too early, but we were lucky that our room was already clean and ready. Our host was very nice and accommodating. 「A lovely place to stay after a days cycling. We were greeted warmly and shown to the room. We were able to secure our bikes in the garage. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was fine with lots of choice. All in all, a very good nights stay.」

I told the staff about the upcoming visit (anniversary trip) and I was quite touched by they're welcome card on our bed wishing us a happy anniversary. We would definitely go back.」

J’avais pourtant demandé une chambre supérieure, mais on m’a attribué une chambre en rez-de-chaussée qui ressemblait à une catégorie économique oubliée des années 70 : odeur d’humidité persistante, salle de bain minuscule et dans son jus, serviettes d’entrée de gamme. Pas d’acceuil. Pour un établissement noté au-dessus de 9/10, je m’attendais à tout autre chose. Il y a manifestement un décalage entre la réputation en ligne et la réalité sur place.」

「easy check in, super clean rooms, smelled like cigarettes in the morning around facility and inside rooms - smoking shouldn’t be allowed in any capacity in any manner at all - very nice receptionist checking in. Around a 25 minute walk to train station. Giant super market five minutes away」

「The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. I don’t speak a lot of French but she was really understanding. The shower in the room was great and the room was very quiet and clean with a very comfortable bed, so a good nights sleep. I didn’t have breakfast but the dining area looked clean too. I was glad of the gated parking as I had my electric bike on the back of my car and felt it would be secure at night. Would definitely stay again when I next visit France.」
