科蘭Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「A lovely backwater stay. Beautiful grounds. We really enjoyed the boat ride. The restaurant was the only disappointment. Despite repeated communication that one person did not want hot food and assurances that they would alter the food, it was still too spicy hot to eat.」

「The pictures posted to advertise this place and rating as 4-star was deceiving. We booked deluxe rooms, on entry the reception area was dark, no proper lighting and looked like we walked into haunted place. On entry to room, all I can smell was cigarettes smoke, room was unkempt, the walls were filthy, peeling of wallpapers or paint, stained chairs, flickering light in the toilet, chipped cups etc.. List gets bigger and bigger, I don't want to waste any further time with a review for this hotel...

「Generally I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was very pleasant, the restaurant was fine, and the hotel was near a number of interesting sites. However, the hotel could benefit from a few minor but noticeable signs of aging. My recommendation to the hotel is to replace the hall carpet and elevator flooring, repaint the room walls, and reseal and paint the lobby roof, which is on display when taking the elevator. Also please, drop the elevator music, or replace it once in a while.」
