Económico y bien ubicado

Es un hotel económico, no abre puerta después de las 10 pm , tiene un buen parqueo , pero la puerta de ingreso es pequeña , si va con un automóvil grande , puede ser que no logre entrar , la atención es buena , amable , y el chek in fue rápido, no tienen desayuno , sin embargo consideraría volver

nice hotel for low budget travelers

stay in Hotel was ok for rest when you travel, rooms are small but confortable, room have tv and private bathroom and hot water, if you are traveling with car the park is in the front of your room and the main door is closed at night so your car will is in a safe parking lot, staff were friendly. I have received my room key just with my name, I got relaxed and take my time to accommodate and checked in later, no rush for checking in was a plus on this hotel.

Muy buen precio y servicio

La habitación se encontraba muy limpia, tiene vistas hacia el parqueo del hotel, a pesar que el hotel se encuentra en una ubicación céntrica casi no hay ruido del tránsito vehicular dentro de los cuartos. Tuvimos un problema que un taxista no tenia cambio para un billete grande, y la gente del hotel amablemente nos prestó dinero para pagar el mismo. El hotel posee suficiente parqueo y aunque no tiene servicio de restaurante, hay suficientes restaurantes para ir caminando en los alrededores.

Clean, small, comfortable but beware overcharging.

The Hamilton is a clean, basic, and acceptable lodging for a short stay. There is no closet, only hooks on the wall. There is hot water in the shower but not the sink. My room had a small table with chair in the entry; otherwise, seating in on the bed(s). It has good WiFi. If noise bothers you, barking dogs in the night may be a problem. There is free, secure parking. My only complaint is that I reserved a room for one person but, in the end, there were two of us. Hotels.com quoted the price per room and noted that there would be a charge for additional persons--no surprise. On arrival I asked about the charge but the young man on duty put me off--twice. When I checked out in the morning the owner tried to charge me DOUBLE what I had paid for the room; in other words, twice the cost of another room. I complained and she lowered the charge by $10.00. (In comparison, that night at my hotel in Guatemala City, I was charged 45% or $20 more for the additional person, which was fair.) I regret not arguing further with her but I was running late so accepted the lower price. I will NEVER stay here again and caution other guests to clarify at the beginning what the total cost will be if you have one or more additional guests. And, don't stay here if you don't speak Spanish; no one speaks English.

A GOOD, CLEAN, VALUE HOTEL OPTION!

Staff was accessible and helpful. The hotel is easy to find using the Waze App. The hotel is simple, but it is clean and has taste. Ample and secure parking area. One can easily drive to restaurants and attractions. I would choose the hotel on further visits.

Nice place, low price

Everything was pretty solid. Shower wasn't very hot but overall I'd stay there again.
