The most important thing I can say about the hotel is the nice view, but it lacks certain basic commodities.

La cancelaría y en especial las puertas podrían mejorarse, ya que no ajustan bien y el aire o animales pueden ingresar a la habitación, un telefono para servicio a cuarto seria un plus

La vista es su mayor atractivo, sin embargo, los servicios que ofrece y la calidad de las habitaciones son promedio. Por ejemplo, pedimos una plancha y el hotel no tenia disponibles. Todas las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y serviciales, sin embargo, lo que te ofrece el hotel es muy limitado.

Muy agradable la estancia ahí, el hotel es bastante acogedor, muy bonito y el personal muy servicial. El restaurante muy rico aunque abre tarde (más de las 8:30 am) y no ofrecen cenas. El cuarto muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda, solo que hay filtración de luz por la puerta y cortina (no es blackout) y a veces despertaba en la noche creyendo que era ya de día.

No me agrado mucho que el estacionamiento para el hospedaje este separado ya que entramos por el estacionamiento del restaurante que es el que estaba abierto, no había agua caliente en el baño y tuvimos que hablar para pedir la clave del wifi que no era buena la señal

Se esforzaron!!!

La atención magnífica, algunos inconvenientes con el agua en la habitación pero procuraron resolverlos de inmediato. La vista es espectacular y los desayunos muy buenos. Regresaría a este hotel sin duda.

I walked in n out of the place. I’m usually very tolerant but this time I had to walk away. -internet does not reach the room; hence just lobby - The room was very basic and no tv - it was a rainy day and the room was cold - the room was “sanitized” by the receptionist using a can of something; which it smelled like it initially - I was told that there was no service at the restaurant because there was no gas; however, I saw a person eating at the restaurant later on. The grounds are nice but it looked eerie to the point that I had to just drive away and go elsewhere.
