"It was a bit noisy at night time, but that just added to the lively atmosphere! The ladies chatted all night till 3am - no soundproof walls. Unfortunately, the linens weren't quite ready when we checked in, but maybe the laundry facility was just a bit behind schedule. Despite that, the place was clean. The breakfast was good, and the front desk staff were absolutely fantastic!"

"The place is on the beautiful beach. It has washer/dryer，a little kitchen, which are very helpful. The room is clean and spacious with open views of the ocean. The host kindly left a bottle of Porto and first morning breakfast basket. Problem 1: very late check-in (4pm) and no luggage storage nearby. We stored luggage at the Sal Bento train station and then toured the city before check in. Problem 2: bedroom is not a real room, it’s a raised box two steps up. The box is okay. However, you have to walk down stairs at night to toilet. Which can be potentially dangerous. Problem 3: All menus of amenities are electronic and you have to ask them and you don’t receive answers quickly and easily. We never used Portuguese washer/dryer combo before. It took us a long time to figure it out. Suggestion: only use the washer function. Problem 4: mosquitoes and no repellent. Problem 5: heat is underneath. AC is not strong enough."
