Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your stay at Penghana. It is appreciated. As this is a private residence, the laundry is not available directly to guests. If guests book our self contained family apartment, it does have its own exclusive washing/drying machine.

Hard to comment when we have no idea what guest, what room, if anything was unsatisfactory or not up to expectations, or if your rating also judged weather, location etc. All we can say is thank you for choosing to stay at Penghana and taking the time to review your stay.

When you departed you mentioned that this was your best ever Bed & Breakfast stay and that the cooked silver service breakfast, chauffeur service to and from dinner plus the complimentary port, fruit cake and upstairs and downstairs guest lounge rooms were in your words "superb," I'm somewhat surprised by your 4 out of 5 rating. Is there something obvious we are missing? Please let us know.

Thank you Brian for your comments. Much appreciated. Our advice from other owners and a survey we did, tells us that very few people know how to use a espresso machine. We put a small pod machine in there for a while, but that too surprisingly enough, needed our input for use which made it inefficent. So we have a machine! Perhaps we will try again and see.
