These mistakes can happen ofcourse, but even though it was their fault, it took a lot of time and convincing before I got my money back. The alternative hotels they suggested where not suitable at all"

"A delightful stone homestay build around the mouth of a cave. Dinner is served inside the cave, breakfast was served in the open reception dining area. Hosts were kind, attentive and accommodating. I absolutely recommend this place!"
