"The room was mostly clean, there was an annoying drip in the bathroom and needs a new shower curtain as its stained.
Breakfast was great.
Hot tub area needs a scrubbing, the tub itself. It was not busy so was nice to use.
Booked through Expedia, which i dont recommend. I wanted to upgrade, hotel staff over said said they cannot help because of third party, however, the room i wanted couldnt be booked through expedia, not visible to them (after 1.5hr online!). Tried to do it in person day of reservation but by then it was gone sadly. Not a good experience in that sense!"

"Service was excellent. Breakfest (that was included) was decent, nothing over the top but nothing that needed to be fixed. Restarting (the york) was good food. The room we stayed in was actually quite big. Clean, no complaints about housekeeping. The hotel listed a heated pool and a sauna.
The sauna no longer existed due to covid apparently. The pool was slightly heated and in need of repairs regarding pool liner, paint, ect to brighten it up. "
