「The hotel was a very good value, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean with a comfortable bed, the pool was great. The location was good ( a 5 minute shuttle from the beach). It was a quiet location compared to the beachfront strip.」
「This was our last hotel of the trip and I booked a 4 star as our other hotels have been 3 stars, to end out trip in a nicer hotel. Unfortunately this was by far and away the poorest hotel we stayed at. It started off badly as we were given our room keys and walked in on 2 people sleeping !! I'm not sure if because of this we were given a room that wasnt fully ready but it was quite poor, the shower didn't drain properly and was really slippy, the excess water ran behind the sink and caused...
「Room that we booked was not given at check-in. Felt like a scam, yet it was a human error. They changed after quite a hustle and waiting time, but got the one without view - so still not the correct room.
First room smelled terribly of odour.
No hand soap in bathroom - conditioner was positioned there instead, seems legit…
Half of spa not working, which was a shame. The only thing that was gold was breakfast, but not the reason for coming here. Better places with reasonable prices nearby.」
