Lovely location directly next to the beach. They have delicious food, good service and we had a room with a beautiful sea view (Penthouse). They offer also possibilities for parking (garage) Really nice location for a relaxing holiday.

An excellent beachfront new hotel

This is an excellent beachfront new hotel. It is clean, spacious with friendly staff. The breakfast is fresh and very tasty. The parking is underground of the building next to the hotel. The location is on the beach with beautiful view. Strongly recommended.

For the price, the hotel is awesome. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast and the beach are beautiful. The supermarket is just next door. The hotel is now being renovated, so I am sure it will be cleaner soon.

Nice hotel just needs managing

The hotel is immaculate we had a beach front view and the sun beds were excellent ..breakfast was ok and became a little bland ..everything was spotless.......but.........the staff take there phones off them somebody please manage this hotel properly..the young staff are more bothered about face book and tik tok than serving you...the girls on reception were constantly hanging off there phones ...the internet was terrible but did work at 06.00 as none of the staff are there on there phones....please great hotel just needs managing

Breakfast is not great: cold omelets, super sweet croissants, bitter coffee. The beach is dirty with cigarette butts, bottles, and other random trash. A bit far from the city center, there's nothing between the hotel and the city.

Vackert hotell men lite dyrt för området

Vackert hotell med fin strand, men området runt omkring var en slum så inte speciellt promenadvänlig. Frukosten var väldigt god dock och personalen trevlig. Rummet var rent.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Albanien und haben uns für das Sea & Sand Hotel entschieden. Wir haben es nicht bereut. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern ausgestattet und hatte Meerblick. Die Strandbar/ Restaurant war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der zum Hotel zugeordnete Strandabschnitt hatte kostenlose Liegen, war sehr sauber (was leider nicht überall am Strand der Fall war) und auch die bestellten Getränke aus der Bar wurden dorthin gebracht. Das gesamte Personal von der Rezeption bis zur Putzfrau war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Getränke- und Speisenauswahl sowie das Frühstück passte für uns absolut. Preis - Leistung eh unschlagbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Franchement pas top même si le personnel est sympathique. La salle de bain n’avait pas été nettoyée correctement (cheveux du dernier occupant partout et savon dans la douche). Petite invasion de fourmis. Rien de bien méchant mais ça fait un peu établissement dans le déclin…

Au départ nous avons été étonnés d'apprendre que notre chambre était située dans un bâtiment voisin de l'hôtel. C'est une situation assez inhabituelle. Cela étant la chambre était très correcte et bénéficiait d'une belle vue mer. Le petit déjeuner servi était varié et de qualité

ok, but parking poor and only one breakfast coffee

Arrival was poor - the hotel isn't easy to find from the street and is a bit hidden away. Don't believe the statement that there is free parking on site - there's a tiny undercroft car park that was totally full. We had to find somewhere on-street a few blocks away. Breakfast was ok, but 'one person, one coffee' rule is just really stingy...
