「Clean hotel with great access to airport」

「部屋は、広くて綺麗でした。冷蔵庫や湯沸かしポットがあってとても便利でした。何時でも好きな時に、豆からひいたコーヒーを飲めるのも最高でした。オーナーも気持ち良く接してくれます。2日間の予定でしたが、6日間泊まってしまいました。」

The staff care about my sister and made sure she got everything in place when she was leaving, as I left earlier than her. I love the bed time stories left on our bed! 「The hotel is beautiful, and I met several very kind and helpful members of staff during my stay. They also accommodated an early check-in. Although I was initially told I would need to pay an additional fee, the charge was ultimately waived. Unfortunately, I also had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. 「The hotel is situated in the central of old town which is a great location. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing is that the sewage system in the old town is probably old and so some smell comes up from the sewage pipes. 」
