Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο. Το service αψογο απο καθε άποψη. Ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό, άκρως επαγγελματικό. Το δωματιο ευρύχωρο και με εξαιρετικη διακοσμηση. Τα στρώματα να μην θελεις να σηκωθεις απο το κρεβάτι! Το πρωινο εξαιρετικο με μεγαλη ποικιλία. Η τοποθεσια του ξενοδοχειου δεν θα μπορουσε ειναι καλύτερη, 3 λεπτα απο την κεντρική αγορά του Πύργου. Πραγματικά ξεπερασε καθε μας προσδοκία. Στα bonus μας έκαναν δώρο free upgrade στο δωμάτιο. Αν ξαναχρειαστει να μεινουμε ποτέ στον Πύργο, δεν υπάρχει περιπτωση να μεινουμε αλλού!

I loved the beautiful rooms. Top notch decorating. However, if you're going to have wall-to-wall carpeting, it simply must be kept clean. My white socks were blackened by the carpet.

Small room, small elevator, big welcome. Good place to stay in Pyrgos. Parking on the street. Did not locate good place to eat on a Sunday night. Nice breakfast.

Good service

We had wonderful service from Harry-the desk clerk, and enjoyed the large, old-fashioned bathtub. Otherwise, we had a very difficult time finding the hotel in Pyrgos--a narrow-street city with highly congested roads. Good eating places nearby, parking a problem near downtown, but overall, a very nice stay and good value for the money.

Very enjoyable

Stayed with my partner for one night and used it primarily as a base for visiting archaia Olympia. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Bed was incredible. We both had a very good sleep. Local square also very nice for a stroll and something to eat/drink at night.

Lyxigt hotell i mysig stad

Det här hotellet kan jag verkligen rekommendera om man som jag ska besöka Olympia. Hotellet känns lyxigt och det är stora och bekväma rum i ett sekelskifteshus med trevlig personal. På badrummet finns massagebadkar. Frukosten är också fantastiskt god. Staden Pyrgos var dessutom mycket trevlig. Här finns flera mysiga torg med caféer och restauranger och flera shoppinggator samt ett litet museum. Om man ska besöka Olympia så är mitt förslag därför att bo på det här hotellet i Pyrgos och ta bussen till Olympia (30 min). Stanna någon extra dag för att besöka Pyrgos och njuta av hotellet.

Authentic Greek small town near Olympia

This charming period house lies in a central, but quiet side street. The world's smallest mirror-lift beams you from the reception into the characterful breakfast room in the souterrain with an abundance of local delicacies, supported by Mozart's piano and violin concertos. Don't miss the nearby new pasticceria directly on the high street (corner Kazazi / Patron) with its enourmous range of divine desserts, and, further up the high street in the small side lane Eparchiou, the local Greek restaurant!

Too good to only stay one night

The only bad thing about Hotel Anagennesis was that we were there only one night. We booked to see Olympia, but there is plenty in the area to stay more than one night -- beaches, hot baths, good fish restaurants on the beach. And always coming back to the wonderful comforts of the Anagennesis. Excellent breakfast with a superb pastry chef. Would have had dinner there, too, after tasting the breakfast. We were a group of four and the rooms are all different. For those that are tall, the bigger rooms should be booked because the shower stalls are bigger. The beds are very comfortable. The colors are exceptional and the classical music in the hotel seems to come from the walls of this neoclassic palace. Thank you for a great short stay.

Hotel come da descrizione,quindi molto carino e ben tenuto. Colazione sicuramente da migliorare. Unico appunto l'aria condizionata che purtroppo aveva il getto orientato verso il letto.

Service above and beyond

We stayed here as a stopping point after Ancient Olympia, New Years Eve 2014. We arrived and asked for help getting a restaurant booking for the evening to celebrate NY - the gentleman at the hotel was just fantastic and organised with a local restaurant who squeezed us in. We got to participate in a local NY celebration which was just fantastic.

Pieni vanhaan rakennukseen kunnostettu hotelli jossa tavoiteltu omintakeista leimaa sisustuksessa - rauhallisella paikalla keskustassa sivukadulla. Pysäköinti voi olla ongelma. Aamiainen OK. Kaupungin keskusta ns nurkan takana-lähellä myös Katakolon rannikkokylä ja muinainen Olympia. SOveltuu omaehtoiseen turismiinkin.

Super hôtel

Tout d'abord, il faut savoir que la ville de Pyrgos n'a rien d'exceptionnelle mais est à mi - chemin d'Olympie et de la plage L'hôtel était très très bien. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. L'hôtel offre de nombreux produits de toilette. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié : avec de nombreux produits fait maison Le personnel était très sympathique. Il est à noter que le restaurant de l'hôtel est fermé hors saison.
