「The hotel is brand new with nice pools and very nice equipped gym. The receptionists were very kind and friendly and they upgraded us in a sea view junior suite as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. In the suite we found a bottled of wine and cyprus delicatessen. The suite was clean with a nice view. As we were on all inclusive basis, we’ve tried several meals, drinks and cocktails which were exceptional! The hotel was situated in a beautiful bay with an emerald crystal clear water....

「Terrible customer service and terrible communication. I wrote to them requesting a late check out 2 days prior to arrival then reminded them on each day of my stay… they kept delaying their answer and neglecting my request until the last midnight night prior to my check out they never said it’s not possible… I said I am willing to pay extra for few hours of late check out… they didn’t decline and promised to get back to me in the morning. However, surprisingly 11am at my check out date they...

「Hotel was tidy and clean - my only issue was loads of bird poo on the balcony so wasn’t able to access it at all. Staff - very attentive and friendly, we booked 3 days only but found the hotel was great so booked another 2 nights price was great too. Breakfast was very good too few options - cooking station for omelettes and the chef was great and friendly too. Pool is a great size gets a little busy at weekends with regulars but found it was only us in there at times so plenty of space to swim...

「A hidden gem in Larnaca. A small hotel, but worth the sat every time. Right in the heart of the city, just a couple of steps away from the beach and the historic city center. The staff communicate with the traveler efficiently and explain self check in procedure if they are to arrive after front desk hours. The property is super well maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious, with super clean toilets and well functioning air conditioners and other amenities. Worth the stay every time…」
