"The room we stayed in was clean and well located. Having a parking space right in front of the room was great. The facilities in the room were sufficient, and the beds were comfortable."

"Clean room with enough space for a couple. The view from the igloo was just something else. Good staff, but it will be great if they have better communication amongst themselves, as the night shift receptionist told us we can do something while the day shift receptionist told us we are prohibited from doing the same thing. Not a big issue - just nitpicking at this point. Also, more chicken or fish options for breakfast will be great!"

"Beautiful cozy warm clean cabin in an idyllic pretty location, remote and quiet but within 2 miles of Luosto centre with restaurants, supermarket, ski slope and gift shop. Taxis limited. Shower and sauna fantastic, do need to go outside to get to it but they provided croc type shoes for you. Customer service responded quickly to messages via the hotel.com app. Saw the Northern Lights dancing above our cabin on the first night, absolutely amazing above the snowy trees. Whilst watching the lights we got ourselves locked out when the cabin door shut after us so make sure you snip the door or take key outside!! Sent a message to customer service (phone number didn’t work for us) and they responded sending a maintenance man to let us back in within an hour (90 euro fee). Did a few activities in the area led by local guides and walks in the beautiful white landscape. Overall we loved our stay and wish it could have been longer. "

"The cottage itself was lovely however the location of the cottage on the Expedia app is incorrect. It's 4KM away from where it says it is and NOT in the main Ski village. We couldn't get through to anyone at Holiday Club Phya, and if it wasn't for a local community member driving us around to find the cottage, we would never have found it!"

"Fantastic location and apartment. I was a bit unsure about getting there and what would be there for us when we did, but it all turned out perfect. The bus transfer from Rovenheim train station was a doddle. Its actually called the Ski Bus and runs 4 times a day. On arrival the place was a magical winter wonderland and buzzing with activity. The beds were comfy and in the morning you could quite literally ski from your doorstep, down the slope and straight onto the ski lift. "
