"We made this reservation on Hotels.com for two rooms. Upon arrival there was a desk clerk who was rather abrupt with us and told us she did not have the reservation. I explained we booked through Hotels.com and she didn't care and said there was nothing she could do and she stopped assisting us. The other front desk associate, Victoria, was very nice and was trying to help us locate another property. I called Hotels.com and they called the front desk. "We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in July. We were shown to our bedroom at the end of a corridor. After the door there are 2 steps up to the accommodation level but no further door beyond these steps. During the night my wife woke up to go to the bathroom. As there was no lighting, and she was in an unfamiliar environment, she mistook the space above the steps to be the entrance to the bathroom. She fell down both steps and hit her arm, knee and head very hard on the tiled floor. The noise...
