「Sehr freundliches, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr saubere Zimmer, das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber einschließlich der Außenanlage mit Parkplatz. Sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück in einem schönen, großen Frühstückraum. Sehr gemütliches, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl in dem Hotel und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Hotel Varnsdorf.」

The owners are very friendly and eager to make your stay enjoyable. They own and operate an ice cream shop and restaurant with typical German food options adjacent to the hotel. 「We had a fantastic stay here, it was just the relaxation we needed as we were walking the Malerweg. The spa areas are lovely and relaxing and the views from the sauna and relaxation areas are superb. We had the four course meal for dinner and the food was delicious. Great breakfast and a comfy bed. Definitely treat yourself to a night here. 」

「Unser Aufenthalt war excellent. Das Zimmer war schick designt, mit viel Holz und allen Annehmlichkeiten. Da kam Alpenflair hoch! Es war sehr sauber. Die Matratze war nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Das Bad war modern und zugleich Rustikal - eine gelungene Kombination. Der Besitzer war stets nett und sehr angenehm.
