「Good location, friendly and efficient service, rich breakfast」

「The room was nice and clean, staff were helpful, the staff in the lounge were super friendly, lots of nice places to sit and relax in the lobby」

「Interesting interior, convenient location, good supplies of amenities. But kitchen not friendly enough if u really want to cook.」

「I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She was so helpful and went out of her way to receive us. She literally followed me out to the car to take our luggage in, she stored it until our room was ready and when we returned everything was in our room. She helped us pull our car out of the parking lot, went out side and waved us on. She helped us find a tour driver, who was equally...

Room was not ready until 15:40 and was dirty - biscuit crumbs over the table and book. The hotel is beautiful but staff and first impressions everything - I would stay at the hotel nearby and just have a drink at Titanic Hotel in the future. I reached out to the...
