「We feel that they could improve with staff having more staff in hand last night around 9 PM the lobby was already closed there was no staff there. And the most horrible experience was a when we went to bed and pulled out the bed covers there was a huge cockroach by the pillows. It is a very nice property but it needs maintenance people pulling weeds painting and the exterior landscape maintenance. Hope to come back and find better conditions. 「While the grounds, rooms, and majority of the staff were wonderful, we had a very poor experience at this hotel. Our power went out twice, once for 14 hours during our stay. We were not able to have showers, lights, or use any of the facilities in your room. I told the manager, Abel, about this issue and he did.
