We absolutely loved this resort. First off, it was impeccably clean from top to bottom. Didn’t see a speck of dirt all week. Second, the food was exceptional! We loved all the restaurants, Zama was our favorite for lunch and the Steakhouse was our favorite for dinner. Even the buffet was amazing having a different theme each evening, which featured different foods. It was never the same. Including the deserts. For breakfast we did room service most days, which was included with All Inclusive. Which brings me to the service! Everyone want above and beyond! Everyone! The maid left us little messages on the bed with leaves. The guys who delivered room service set the table for us, getting out placemats and silverware. The servers at the restaurants were equally impressive. Hector, a lunch served at Zama was our favorite…my kids were sad they won’t see him anymore. This is also the first resort I’ve been too that had attendants at the pool. I’m not even sure what their job was other than to befriend us and make sure we had towels. But Kevin, Angel and Jared greeted me each morning when I was reserving chairs and checked out the family through out the day. They would often grab us fresh towels or make little towel pillows for us on our chairs.
My only criticism would be about the concierge. I hated to ever ask them a question because they are pushy about giving you a tour and telling you about their memberships. I know this is part of their job, but it’s annoying.
