Lindo hotel para relajarse, es tranquilo y agradable, habitaciones con hermosa vista al mar. Para mejorar: Iluminación en la noche, está bastante oscuro. Es limitada la variedad de cocktails

Hay mucho que rescatar xq es un lugar con instalaciones unicas pero muy deteriorados. Las habitaciones son muy agradables pero las sábanas olian mal. La comida es regular y con pocas por no decir nada de opciones paea niños en cada comida excepto en los snack que hay hamburguesas y no son tan buenas 😔

We loved our stay here! It was perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax by the pool and soak up the sun. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us! We were a little crazy and arranged a 1 day trip to San Blas islands (an almost 12 hour round trip journey), and they arranged the whole thing and even saved us dinner! Punta Chame is a bit further out, but it was perfect 3 night stay for us.

Fuí a hacer kitesurf. El lugar es muy bueno para ello. Pero las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, está muy descuidado. La comida no está mal, pero muy desorganizado el buffet.

This was by far the worst resort I’ve ever stayed at- especially at the price we paid. It all started when we weren’t allowed to check in early and had to pay $20 each to eat or enjoy the property, which would’ve been reasonable but there was almost no food left to even eat and the food that was available was complete garbage. The facilities were barren and totally run down. Once we were able to check in, the room seemed fine at first, but then we quickly started to notice how run down and gross it was. Shower barely worked, water smelled awful, lights barely worked, things were falling off the wall. The pool area was ok and the view was nice but the food at every meal was god awful. Their bar had very limited options (no Diet Coke, no red wine, no seltzer, just to name a few). The people who worked there were very friendly but other than that, this place was terrible. I would never recommend this to anyone.

The property was clean, nice staff beautiful location. Check in was NOT good, we had a confirmed reservation from Expedia but the resort did not have the reservation on file and would not honor the price for the first night.

Primera Visita

El resort es bonito y agradable para pasarlo en pareja para desconectarse del stress diario y la comida es muy sabrosa! Aunque no llevamos a nuestra mascota nos encanto que era Pet Friendly :) Lo único que nos desagrado fue el personal de Travel Arena que esta por todo el resort acosandote para tomar un paquete que desde el inicio le indicamos que no queriamos!

The wakeboarding is super cool. Beach is Nice they should attempt to clean it more. The staff have a lot to deal with because they are trying to keep up with the all inclusive idea but it doesn’t work with the amount of staff they have. The options for food are poor st best. I feel like the chef isn’t bad but there isn’t any options. 4 types of meat to eat over two days is just not enough. They should change to charge for food and give the room away for cheap. Makes more money and sense in the end. It’s just a worse option than playa blanca unless you love wakeboarding.
