Since our arrival, my stay at the Royalton Punta Cana has been among of the best. The check-in process was quick and simple, and Jefrey was always helpful and attentive. The meal was excellent, and Jefrey was able to make reservations at nice restaurants while we were there. I had an amazing vacation; the cuisine was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the buffet Macré had fresh juices, steaks, fish, and seafood that was prepared to order on the grill. Th hotel's Expedia dedicated customer service team was excellent, and I heartily recommend it!
