I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. I was room changed three times due to persistent issues with smell and excessive humidity. Unfortunately, I became sick the very first night—losing my voice for the entire trip, likely due to the poor air quality.
The rooms I stayed in—6102, 6215, and 7309—all had significant issues. Room 6215, in particular, had visible mold on the bed’s backrest. All rooms had a strong, unpleasant odor and the sofa beds were neither clean nor comfortable. Despite requesting an upgrade in hopes of finding a better room, I was told it wasn’t possible.
The property overall has poor maintenance. There were flies all around the common hotel areas, and the kids’ pool is in serious need of repairs and remodeling. The focus seems to be more on adult areas, but families are clearly not prioritized. Even the main pools lacked proper upkeep and cleanliness.
Dine-in coordination was frustrating as well. Hotel guests are told that no reservation is needed for restaurants, yet the reality was disorganized and confusing.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. Cleanliness, air quality, and guest service are key areas that need urgent improvement
