Less Expensive rooms @ Now Larimar

Now Garden is is the less expensive "walk up style" sister hotel of Now Larimar Resort. The all inclusive guests have access to the same restaurants, beaches and pools as the Now Larimar guests, except for several bars, pools, restaurants and areas which are reserved to Now Larimar Members and/or "Prefered Guests"(may be purchased for $40/guest). The food quality was good, but the drinks and cocktails were mediocre, including a Martini served at their Frech restaurant Mercure which was served in a scotch glass and heated (like hot sake). Piña Colada by the pool was terrible. Other than the drinks, everyone was nice and helpful. Beach was amazing with plenty of pool and beach activities for the whole family.

Reservation was not honored. Given third floor room instead of reserved first floor swim up room. Nice resort layout and quieter setting Rooms small and didn’t like layout Accessories for room not up to par. Poor tv, no drawers for clouths, only one suit case stand with no room for another Resort stingy with alcohol and beer. Food lacking expectations.

We upgraded to the Now Larimar property with Preferred Club after we arrived. The resort was excellent but the beach had seaweed all the time even though they swept it at least 2 times a day. The water was not as pretty as the pictures because there was a lot of seaweed in it. If you are going for the clear turquoise water, you probably won’t like this beach. There was plenty of sand though before you got to the seaweed and water. We were fine with just using the gorgeous pools on the resort.

The service staff and quality of food were very good. Beach and swimming areas we of a very high standard. On the day we arrived we were very disappointed at being turned away and told to come back later. We arrived just before 1pm and were not allowed enter the hotel. The gate security said that they were not letting anyone in before 2.30pm. This is my fourth time staying at this hotel and it has left a very bad taste. We had to go for lunch elsewhere and spent almost $50 unnecessarily. Check in took close to an hour as there was a number of very large groups checking in. Nobody was there to assist in the chaos and help with organizing some kind of order and queuing system. The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are very attentive. First impressions last and sadly on this occasion the first impressions will last but for all the wrong reasons. Apart from this we had a very nice stay.

Todos muy buenos los únicos es qué tiene que hospedarte em el now Larimar porque ahí es dónde se mueve todos unos nadamas va a dormir a now Garden y otras que te restrujan el vip en tu cara osea qué hay muchas sesiones del hotel que si no eres vip no entra
