First let me say, the staff is amazing and everyone goes above and beyond to take care of you. Our butler Lisandro was amazing, always checking in to make sure we were doing good and had everything we needed. The bartender ANGEL at the lobby bar was superb. Made amazing drinks and was super fun and entertaining. My only complaint of this hotel is that even though it’s the newer of the three Majestic resorts, it is pretty beaten up and not well taken care of. I had an Ac leak in my room, there was a roach found on my bed, the bathroom stall had mold and dirt. The place overall needs better keep up and maintenance. Also, food was not very good this time around. Seafood restaurant my lobster was terrible and the steak was a disappointment. I give the staff of the hotel a 5 but the hotel itself and needs maintenance needs lots of maintenance and upgrade work. Oh, and you better pray you don’t have to request a refund for any reason because it is not happening. The Dominican Republic has this ridiculous thing what once you swipe a credit card, they will not die any reason refund or cancel anything-I’m Dominican and I hate this. Please think hard and long before you swipe your card for anything.

Our 2nd year in a row staying here and it once again did not disappoint. The room had everything you needed and bar was restocked with snacks and drinks daily. The beds were more comfortable than you could imagine. Service was top notch! Our butler Montero made sure we had everything we needed. Staff was always smiling and happy to help us with whatever we needed. Security was tight in and out of the resort which made our experience extremely comfortable! There were several options for food as the resort had 5 restaurants and an 24 hr bar. Only complaint is there is not a Dominican restaurant. Food catered to other cultures but we were hoping to eat more of the local food. Overall we are planning to return next year!

I loved all the beautiful food. I loved all the staff. They were amazing. I loved our room except for the shower. I loved the pool. Everything was out of a dream. That’s so wonderful it was.

La instalación es muy limpia y encantadora. Su personal es completamente amoroso. Los trabajadores realmente te hacen sentir en familia, desde Nicaury que fue quien nos recibió, Osvaldo que fue nuestro mayordomo y estuvo atento de nosotros cada instante, los chicos del bufé y los restaurants, los bartenders y el equipo de animación. Todos son excepcionalmente amables, atentos y muy cariñosos.

The staff were very friendly and catered to all our needs. All of the open spaces were beautiful and well cared for. We especially liked the private concierge that was assigned to us. There were numerous eating venues and food choices to cater to everyone. I would fully recommend especially for mature persons not looking for a party scene.

Went on a girls trip to majestic resort and it was beautiful. The all inclusive was great, the food was good, the rooms were beautiful. The only minor issue was how cold the rooms were we were not able to turn the ac down. Other than that 10/10 me and my girls will be back.

Food options weren’t the best but you won’t starve either. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were stained upon arrival and the tub was dirty and had hair in it from the previous guests. The welcome gift was a nice touch.
