My stay at this hotel was just okay. From the start, there were a few things that made the experience less than comfortable. There was a weird smell in the room and in some common areas — definitely not the best first impression.
The customer service was hit or miss. Some of the staff were friendly and really tried to help, but others clearly didn’t want to be there and weren’t interested in helping at all. It was hard to know what kind of service you’d get each day.
The fridge in the room didn’t work — they replaced it twice and it still didn’t work. Also, the room keys kept getting deactivated, which meant multiple trips back to the front desk to fix them.
And honestly, the drinks were pretty disappointing. Cocktails didn’t taste good at all, and most of the time the beer wasn’t even cold — which was a big letdown, especially in the heat.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but they really need to step it up in terms of service, maintenance, and just getting the basics right.
