"Check in process wasn’t the best. We arrived early and stored our luggage. We were told they would call us when the room was ready, 2 hours after check in time, still not called. Went to reception and room was ready. Room was very clean and comfortable, just a shame it overlooked a car park to the rear of the building. Breakfast was ok, expensive if you don’t book in advance. We wanted to cancel it for our last day - hotel wouldn’t agree to that. Wouldn’t class as 5 star, but a very good 4 star."

"Our stay at Hotel Cristina was fantastic! It was a great location to go to the beach and the town of Los Alcazares. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was so nice and helpful, especially Jenny and Cristina herself. They helped us choose a tour of Mar Menor and where to eat. When we were leaving Los Alcazares, we could not get a taxi and Cristina personally arranged a ride for us! What a wonderful gesture. We highly recommend Hotel Cristina for the best hotel experience you could ask for."

"Great property to stay at. The parking was at the second sub level which was a little scary at first but there was more room there than the first sublevel. The breakfast and dinner were great with a variety of choices. The area was safer then other areas I've seen to walk at. Rooms were really clean and spacious, would stay here again."
