A stone’s throw (okay, a 5 minute walk) from the bus station made this location perfect. The room/apartment was truly wonderful, and the blackout curtain in the bedroom was very much welcomed. Sun didn’t set until 10pm and rose at 4:30.

We loved this place! The cabin was comfortable, had great bathroom, and full kitchen supplies if you want to cook. The manager left fresh bread and butter/jam for breakfast, as well as instant coffee/tea and milk, which was a nice surprise. She was so kind. It's only a few blocks from the central part of town and also near the coast. So much nicer than a hotel room would have been, and for a much lower price. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Excellent hotel for a day or a week

The hotel staff make you feel welcome and are very helpful. The rental has a full kitchen and a separate bedroom with a king bed. It's a great value run by people with great heart.

This is the place to stay in Punta Arenas!

The cabins are clean, comfortable, and had a well-equipped kitchen and a good Wi-Fi connection. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The location is easy to find from the airport and close to the shoreline and Sotito's, my favorite restaurant.

Calidad y calidez en Punta Arenas.

La experiencia en la bella ciudad fue espectacular. La cabaña linda cómoda limpia calefacción espectacular ducha exquisita. Gran cercanía a centro restaurantes costanera y muchas cosas mas. La atención de gran amabilidad y acogedora Sin duda un lugar bello para volver y recomendar Excelente primera experiencia de alojamiento y bellezas de la ciudad.

Pleasant stay, clean and well appointed cabana

I enjoyed a one night stay at this hotel on my way to Patagonia. The owner was very pleasant when I checked in and my wish for a quiet room was accommodated. There is no breakfast included at this hotel, but restaurants are about a 10-15 minute walk away. Not the cheapest place to stay in Punta Arenas, but it suited my needs very well and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a simple place with no breakfast, although they offer snacks upon check-in. Can't comment too much because Casa Shenu was a quick overnight stop in Punta Arenas on our way to Torres del Paine.

Wonderful hospitality

Wonderful proprietors! They welcomed us warmly on New Year's Eve, helped us settle in, then invited us to join the celebrations watching the fireworks.
