「This is one of the toughest reviews I have had to write. I was in the city to stay with my dad for a couple of weeks. We spent the second week in welcomgroup hotel. 「Room had bugs, I was tired so i went to sleep for barely 2 hours in 3 days but i was waking up itchy everyday, When I looked closely there was about 1000 bugs on the bed and behind. When I asked them about what tf this was? they responded “why are you 3 people in the room” I got super mad and showed them i booked for 3 why does it not have an extra bed? Then the lady looked and was like maybe you dropped something sweet. I don’t eat sugar. Neither was my cousin, as we were in the room to sleep...

「Worst place to stay. The rooms were filthy, poorly maintained, and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I arrived around 10:30 PM, there were several men loitering near the entrance who made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Many occupants appeared to be intoxicated, smoking, or under the influence of drugs. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially for solo or female travelers.」

「Great hotel, we stayed for two nights. We ate at Saffron and also stopped for tea and cake at the Baking Company which was really nice. The breakfast was also really good, particularly the eggs which were made to order. We couldn’t decide between staying here or at the Oberoi but glad we chose the JW Marriott as it was more modern and offered greater facilities. My wife also used the spa and had a massage during our stay which she thoroughly enjoyed. We would recommend this hotel to anyone in...
