「HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL」

「the double standard room is so small that can only put two small beds , because the holidays so i guess that is why the hotel cannt help to change to one kind bed. the breakfast is so limited ,what is wrose ,i waited 15 minutes for the omelet but someone come later than me can take in advance , the room is clean, the waiter is kind and general environment is good」

「We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a great location, very close to downtown, and the view of the waterfall is beautiful. Breakfast was good, with generous portions, although there were only three options. We appreciated that they offered a gluten-free option for my boyfriend and that breakfast was served exactly at the requested time.
