"Waking up at Paradise Bay Resort felt like stepping into the pages of a well-worn romance novel. Tucked away on the lush windward side of the island, this private hideaway was embraced by the breath taking majestic Ko'olau Mountains. The staff was beyond exceptional!! Honestly Auntie Marissa went above and beyond to help us and our 4 year old feel welcome and comfortable! She gave incredible suggestions on where to visit! To be honest if I was the owner of this resort I would give both her and Uncle Danny and his beautiful voice a promotion, and employees of the year!!! The kindness and warm Aloha we received by them was unmatched by any where else on the island of Oahu!!
I would honestly give 20 stars if that was an option!!! The Captain and Deck hand were both incredible and knowledgeable about the island they also gave us a warm aloha! I highly recommend going on their snorkel and sand bar tour!! We saw sea turtles and went snorkeling over the coral reef !! I hope that they continue to offer their services for years to come!!! The deck hand shared beautiful history of the mountains. They had snacks and drinks and even considered food allergies as my husband has celiac.They were also patient with my daughter!! Very considerate!!
