「I liked the property. I wish they'd make eating accommodations for guest arriving between 4-6pm. Also guest services personnel could use some training on being more helpful when asked questions they dont know how to answer. Other than that it was a good trip.」

「We had such a great time at Royal West Indies Resort. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained throughout. I loved that the property was right on the beach. The food at Pelican Bay restaurant was delicious as well!」

「Beautiful hotel that’s off main strip. Although there is a distance from there but more quiet. The pool and the beach are clean and beautiful. I do hope there is improvement in servicing as we do experience staff members not responding nicely」

「We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Shore Club. This resort was elegant and relaxing with breath taking views. The staff was amazing and very helpful with even small requests. Our room was private and luxurious and very quiet. The grounds were extremely well done with multiple scenic pools and a hot tub on the beach. The free buffet breakfast in the courtyard was excellent and a great way to start the day. We travel alot and this was one of the most well run hotels I've seen in a long time....

「Port of Calls was amazing, we loved our stay and will definitely be returning. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I had 1 special request for the clear kayak photo shoot, for my birthday and they went above and beyond to ensure it happened. Port of calls is the perfect location and accessible to nightlife, the beach, and nice eating places. The room was nice and clean and staff was available for assistance with any request that we had. Thank you, Port of Calls for such a wonderful stay. 」

「Hi, We stayed at The Tides for a long weekend in May 2024. The room was super clean, the amenities were great, allowed us to mix restaurants and home food. The supermarket is about 15 mins walk from The Tides, and you also have the option to use the onsite bicycles for free. Turks and Caicos weather was awesome, people are nice, patient, and we personally need to thank Brenda for all her help, she was super nice and made us feel home. Will definitely go back to Turks, and stay at The Tides...

Great location walkable to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Wonderful overall. 20 minutes from airport so no wasted time. We’ll definitely be back. 」

「We stayed had a great vacation at The Somerset with our kids who are 12 and 14. It is a quiet resort, the grounds are very nice, the beach is beautiful and all of the staff we great! The condo we stayed in was very spacious and cleaned daily including turn down service each night. I would highly recommend staying here.」
