「We booked the Deluxe Chalet room with sea view, 678 sq ft. They gave us a garden room with many dead mosquito on the bed and on the table. So I asked the front desk to change our room with sea view. So they changed us another so called very little seaview room and only 300 sq ft. We are very disappointed and the manager said it’s the deluxe chalet. Expedia is posting the wrong information. 「There were lots of insect in the bathroom. Sheets were stained and window ledges covered with bird poop. Check in needs a RM 100 cash deposit and have to retain the receipt to claim the money back. Did not know this in advance since nobody said anything. No convenience store close by. Closest restaurants are in Kampung Cina which is about 10 mins walk.」

「All is good except the parking. There are only 2 parking space for the entire hotel. The rest have to park at the public parking area. If stay on normal days, have to worry about paying the public parking charges per hour from 8am to 5pm, except weekend and public holiday.」

「Very poorly maintained. Dirty room, even the parking area was dirty and not maintained well. Room was not up to par. Toiletries provided were too little. Rooms were very smelly and AC not working well. Not worth the money. Such a disgrace to Terengganu tourism. Please never come here 👎」

Pero hay algunos puntos a tener en cuenta: hay que pedir la habitación interior porque en la principal el ruido del tráfico es intenso 24h, una pica estaba estropeada y la apañaron con cinta americana, se embozó un baño y se fundió la bombilla de la luz principal del salón. Necesita urgentemente una puesta al día. 」
