"The hotel rooms smelled like cigarette smoke although there was a no smoking policy. The room was poorly lit, complete lack of lighting and light switches were poorly placed. Bed was very hard, and pillows were outdated and lumpy. It was a place to sleep for the night but won’t stay there again."

"Only good for sleeping! Water was barely warm. No Kleenex. No coffee machine in room. Hole in ceiling in bathroom. Fire alarm loose and hanging!! Said place was booked but didn’t see one other person anywhere around. We’ve stayed there about three times but no change. thinking it would get better. ..."
