Resort bello ma servizi deludenti
Siamo stati ospiti del villaggio più volte, devo dire che quest’anno le aspettative sono state più deludenti. Ad agosto il villaggio è molto affollato e l’attenzione del personale per gli ospiti è piuttosto distratta. Il Pineta che dovrebbe garantire un servizio a 5 stelle ci ha delusi, non c’erano ne accappatoi ne ciabatte in camera in dotazione. Su richiesta (sollecitata due volte) abbiamo ricevuto solo le ciabatte. Neanche un accappatoio in un hotel 5 stelle non si è mai visto. Nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua gratis al giorno in camera, tutto a pagamento compreso Wi-Fi. La pulizia delle camere molto sommaria, sufficiente. Poca attenzione nel rifare la camera (a volte non ci hanno dato i saponi e la carta igienica). Chieste delle informazioni sul Resort ce ne hanno date sbagliate. Personale dell’hotel in generale poco attento al cliente, bravi solo i responsabili. La spiaggia è troppo affollata in agosto e viene mal sistemata (poco pulita e non viene riordinata alla sera). Ottimo il cibo ma scarsa la pulizia degli ambienti. Quando vuoi offrire troppo ma non riesci poi a starci dietro...spesso tovaglie, piatti, posate ecc erano sporche. Pavimenti delle sale da pasto non venivano puliti, briciole ovunque. Insomma, per quello che dovrebbe garantire un villaggio come questo visti i prezzi quest’anno una delusione.
