「Habitacion impecable y personal muy atento 」

「We arrived and were given a room reeking of caustic insect killer. We complained and were shown two additional rooms that stank of chemicals. The check in desk clerk claimed, multiple times, that the cleaning staff sprayed fragrance and that she had no knowledge of anyone on staff spraying chemical in any of the rooms. We complained again the following morning given the massive headache I had from the chemicals. I was informed there was nothing to be done. We returned to our room to an...

「Very clean room and lovely staff. Breakfast on the terrace was exquisite and we felt extremely looked after. The location is very remote but felt very peaceful and serene. There is no AC in this property and whilst there is fans in the room in 35 degree heat, the room was still quite warm.」

「We were placed in a room that smelled like marijuana. We were transferred to another room but that room smelled like dog pee. They were nice enough to transfer us to different rooms but it was stressful to pack and unpack our luggage to make the move instead of being relaxed while on vacation.」
