「Schöne Hotelanlage mit Pool. Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.」

「Clean and cozy place, hotel location is good, walking to the beach within 10 mins, restaurant is nearby, the buffet breakfast is excellent, a lot of choice of food and drinks, hotel staff are nice and helpful, check in process is smooth and quick, this is an ideal place to stay here for holiday or walking the Via Francigena Sud like us.」

「Great simple place located very close to the water. Beautiful pool. The only problem was a WiFi which you have to buy ( we paid 11 euros for 2 devices for 2 days). It did not work inside the bungalow which is what we bought it for. I had to step out or go few steps away and that beat the point of buying WiFi. So that is important to know for anyone who needs to be connected.」

「Parfait !」

「Sadly, this place has great potential but it is a poor experience based on horrible customer service and poor amenities. It started with the front staff requiring higher extra fees than what was stated in the ad, blaming Hotels.com for having wrong information. My family then had to wait outside the reception for 45 minutes - no, they were not even allowed in to our room nor to use the pool - while I had to drive to an ATM to get cash to pay the fees. Who said customer experience is important?...

「Alles gut.」

「Never again garbage」

「What a beautiful place to stay. The Hosts Michele and his wife are so lovely and helpful. If we had come here earlier in our trip, we probably would have stayed a week. Very handy to drive to Bari, Trani, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. Will definitely come back.」

「Great place, very Italian. Quite basic and very well functioning.」

「Tutto perfetto.. come nella descrizione sul sito.」
