Breakfast was delicious (fruit, scrambled eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, juice). The owners were very friendly and accommodating (we checked in a bit early and they let us go in since the room was ready). Location is wonderful since it is a walking distance from great restaurants, bakery and downtown. All great!

I have so many great things to say about my stay! Our room was very clean and we received cleaning service whenever we wanted, we loved our cold AC and hot showers ! We enjoyed our breakfast buffet in the mornings and Dani and her family made us feel at home. We can’t wait to visit them again !

We would highly recommend staying here for many reasons. Breakfast each morning was super fresh and consisted of fruit, juice, bread, eggs cooked to order, coffee, yogurt, granola and jam. Fresh cheese from the island was also very good. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange 3 different tours which included pick up at the hotel which made everything easy and enjoyable. Laundry was also done for us at the going rate around town which was quite convenient. They also provided drop off and pick up from the airport. This is exactly what we hoped for during our stay.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. It appeared to be a family run establishment and they made sure we felt at home. Rooms are simple, clean and safe. A few blocks from the beach and close to all amenities.

I stayed at this hotel for 7-days. The room I had (#3) was large, with its own small balcony. The bathroom was more than adequate. The hot water did take a little time to warmup, but hey, this is the Galapagos. The owner and his wife (and family as well) was always available for any questions that I had. Not everyone spoke English, but again, this is the Galápagos, immerse yourself in the culture and you will get along just fine. I will stay at this hotel again. With just a short walk to downtown, and many small food stores in the neighborhood, you can easily visit grocery stores for food. You may have heard that you need cash USD in the Galápagos, absolutely true! Cary cash everywhere you go, cash is king! Economical laundry services are also done at the hotel. Don’t let the area around the hotel scare you off, things are being built up and the immediate area is under a renovation of sorts. Get ready to say, Hola, 200 times a day, the people in the Galápagos are very friendly!

Good service, comfortable and very friendly

It's not the most exciting place to stay, however, the breakfast is great. They treat it like it's a little VRBO. They cook to order eggs, get fruit, coffee, fruit juice, delicious bread each morning. They clean the room every day. They scheduled shuttles for us. Very hospitable.

Great place to stay - comfortable bed and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Easy to walk to the beach. Only downside was all the loud dogs in the neighborhood barking in the night - take earplugs if you’re a light sleeper! This has been the case at other places I’ve stayed in Galapagos that are more in the neighborhoods, so is not unique to this property. I recommend this place.

Loved Isabela and loved this hostel

Absolutely wonderful staff and family. Great room. Fast service if I ever needed a taxi or shuttle. Super sweet staff that truly brings a smile to your face with their attitude towards the work they do. Only recommendation would be breakfast options. Breakfast is delicious but eggs come one way and not many protein options. 100% would come back here and recommend to anyone.

I really enjoyed staying here and the property had a wonderful feel and so much safety. The room was clean and fresh and they cleaned between my stay as well. Check in was easy and seamless and informative. The breakfast was really nice with fresh fruit juice, coffee, bread, jam, fresh papaya, watermelon, bananas. Out of the main downtown it was a simple 5 blocks to walk to the bustling area of downtown for dining. Really enjoyed and would stay again. Loved the spiral staircase and Also loved the volleyball and basketball courts a block away and went to watch volleyball each night.

Amazing stay!

The best hotel in the Galapagos! The room were so nice, clean, bright and had everything we could wish for (AC, space, towels, shampoo etc). The breakfast was lovely and the courtyard as well. There was a water refill which was so useful. The staff was so nice, on our last day we left at 5am so couldn’t have breakfast and the owner gave us a lunch box to take with us. So lovely!!!! Wish we could have stayed longer. Also they organise tours which we wished we had known about. Would highly recommend to anyone!

For the price, it's very ok I should say. Property is "far" from center or ferry port, but the whole town is very small, the "far" is only 4 blocks away, 5 minutes walking, so, this is not a problem. The overall environment is quiet and you live in a garden with a couple of small yard with healthy plant. You can hear dog barking (there seems no way to avoid anywhere in island). We don't call it noisy. The noisy is actually from construction. If not in construction season, probably much better. And some add-on benefit staying here is: The host seems overall organize the Volcano hiking tour, he prepared the lunch box for the tour as well. And the hiking tour we booked from him directly is $35/p.p. The tour bus is parking in this property. Due to the ongoing construction, hotel have working noisy the whole day when we stay. Which might also the reason result the room is cover by dust. And seems not all room ready to welcome guest, missing a lot of necessity. But you can ask for and they would fix it immediately. And for some bad lucky, 1 of the room having bedbug, but another room is ok. And the shower not working in 1 room, after we reported to host, who move us to another room, which was having much better shower water flow. Check out time is 10am, but we were allowed to stay till 1pm for free to catch our flight scheduled on 2pm. Which is very friendly and appreciated. Staff are very nice and helpful. Overall, I should say, we get what we paid. :)
