Apezar de tener los servicios basicos, habia un olor muy malo saliendo de la cañeria que apestaba la casa, habia sacos de sabanas y trapos en la cocina a plena vista, no habia wifi como mi itinerario lo decia y pues mucho menos desayuno. Me decepciono que intente comunicarme con la persona que me dio acceso al lugar "via telefonica" por la contraseña wifi y nunca me contestaba. Llamé al numero que aparecia en mi itinerario y nunca recibi la contraseña. Mala comunicacion.

Totally unacceptable conduct by the crook propriet

I have sent Hotels.com a letter on the day we had reservations. We arrived. No one was at the location which is a private residence. No one could be located among the neighbours who knew about the arrangements. The courtyard gate was locked. We had to pay 1500 pesos to get a room elsewhere in town. The proprietor is a crook. He knew we were not able to use his facility and yet he put through a charge on my credit card. I have not had a satisfactory response from Hotels.com to my previous letter complaint. What are you doing about this.

Muy limpio sin embargo alejado del centro y muy mala comunicación por parte del dueño, nunca nos contestó. No sale agua caliente, solo un chorrito, nunca nos dio la clave del wifi. Llamamos muchas veces y nunca contestó. Y el desayuno continental pues solo incluye pan tostado con mermelada y café.

El lugar esta excelente, si bien es pequeño (solo dos habitaciones) el lugar esta muy bien, cuenta con todas las comodidades que puede requerir el viajero durante sus vacaciones, ademas de que esta a 8 minutos de la playa caminando.

The apartment itself is very lovely, newly renovated and the bed was like a cloud. The location is not amazing, it’s situated off a dirt road with poor lighting and in a residential area. Wouldn’t walk alone at night. However, 15 minutes from beach and downtown on foot and the price is great for 2 bedrooms in Sayulita. Make sure to call ahead to be let in so you aren’t left standing outside the gate.
