My family stayed there for 4 days, rooms have termites, there’s a charge for changing towels and cleaning the room before the third day. The whole time that we were there they never clean the room, I can't recommend it to people, but the decision is still up to them.

One of the newest accommodation in puerto princessa. Has indoor pool. Walking distance from city hall and register of deeds. Accessible to multicab public transportation.

The service is good but the property or the hotel needs more tlc. Shower pressure is 2/10 location far from everything . Tv have only one channel. We only used food panda for our food.

The room was nice & everything was working, but the property as a whole seemed somewhat neglected - it needed a fresh coat of paint and some maintenance. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but were not eager to clean my room - still, they provided fresh towels and bedding when requested. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The location was a bit outside the main tourist area.

Simple place for an awesome experience

The facility from the outside is not grand but the room is good for the money’s worth. The friendly staff are commendable. It is like just an extension of your home. Transport is easy on a tricycle. The drivers are courteous and never greedy. The cost of transport is fair and the staff will make sure you get the arrangement for it.

~ The staff is very kind, compassionate, and attentive. ~ The room was very clean and in good condition. ~ In the event of brown outs (power outages), the building has a back up generator. ~ Breakfast was served daily - I requested breakfast be delivered to the room at 8:00am every morning. The staff was eager to honor my request. ~ Overall, as an experienced world traveler, I recommend Cherry Court Yard to those looking to book a stay in Puerto Princesa!

If you are seeking a low cost alternative, we recommend your consideration. But at this price point, you will not find any hotel able to provide facilities and amenities of higher priced hotels. You get what you pay for. On the other hand, the people who provide the services here try hard to meet all your needs.

The room is clean ,the staff are very good service , the food is delicious also and I love the brewed coffee. But there is one problem in the room ,no internet signal , you need to go out the hallway to reach the signal . Over all ,nice place ,delicious food and good service staff ! Thank you !

Friendly staff, clean accommodations with very comfortable beds and nice aesthetic touches. Had trouble contacting hotel with supplied phone number, location isn’t walking distance to anything and requires transportation which is cheap and readily available to get to Cherry’s Courtyard.
