"All staff but one made the whole stay amazing. The entertainment crew, kitchen crew, security, and front desk work around the clock. Shout out to the spa crew, they were amazing as well. The owners must invest in overall improvements to the facilities. The hallway was always wet, not only due to the pool traffick, but also because the place leaked. Our toilet was leaking all over. They came to fix it but we had to put beach towels down daily and after every use. The Maintenance lady came and cleaned the place spotless daily, but if we showered or used the toilet the bathroom would flood. It was an overall family-friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed the daily food themes, but the select restaurant food was not all that. My favorite was the Dominican food night at the main hall. We were able to actually enjoy the culture and native food. They were excellently prepared and so flavorful. They had many food sections, which were good after many disappointments with some of the restaurant menus. Again, the staff makes the place magical. The owners need to improve the backup generators to cover all rooms’ AC. A particular manager who was fresh with me when I inquired about their safety protocols during a daylong blackout across the complex- needs training on the choice of words while answering questions from a customer. Other than that we had a great week celebrating my bday. A picture of the manager follows."
