"Everything here was amazing. I don’t have a single complaint. We had an amazing time and were already looking into when we can return. Staff was all super helpful and really nice. The only downside was the sargassum on the beach, however the staff did the best they could cleaning it up each day. It’s completely out of their control how much seaweed comes to shore from the ocean. Our room was amazing too. Our room was upgraded for free and we didn’t even ask for it. The experience was perfect all around. Can’t wait to return!"

"We loved the family friendly atmosphere. The rooms were clean. Robes and slippers were provided for our stay. The staff provided top-notch customer service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My son lost his stuffy while there and a female concierge staff member went out of her way to locate it for us. My husband got sick on our last day there and the staff went out of their way to help him. The pools were nice. They had a zip line for the kids. Parents were able to drop off the kids at the adventure club if they needed a couple of hours to themselves. The adventure club had fun activities for the kids. The schedule was different every day. The specialty restaurants were good. The buffet for breakfast was also good however, I did not like the options available for the buffet at lunch. During our 7 day stay, the buffet was only open once for dinner. The alcoholic drinks were authentic and not watered down. The rooms had a mini bar with water, soft drinks, and beer. Room service was available for only 200 pesos per order but you were allowed to order an unlimited amount of food for each order. Overall I would recommend this family resort if you have small children."
