"El hotel es precioso, bien ubicado y muy cómodo. Nos quedamos en una habitación al lado de la piscina. El plan del hotel a Islas Ballestas es inmejorable: muy bien organizado, el guía muy conocedor y amable y es en una lancha privada del hotel muy cómoda. La conserje nos ayudó con el plan de los buggies que no fue en Ica sino en un desierto muy cerca del hotel en el que teníamos los buggies asignados solo para nuestro grupo y unos guías muy atentos. La comida en el restaurante del hotel deliciosa y variada. A última hora nos enteramos que había una cafetería adicional donde se podía ordenar pizza y no la pudimos disfrutar."

In particular at the Bar Lounge and Ballestas Restaurant. Although there was a particular staff member named Oscar who served us regularly at the Ballestas breakfast who was fantastic.
