「抱著愉快的心情入住,看到獨棟套房非常開心,預計入住兩天一夜,在入住第一天晚上出發白沙灘(white beach)離開飯店五小時,隔天要離開時發現同伴共計三人的錢包現金被偷,立刻告知飯店人員. 飯店人員立刻回覆,如果沒有鎖在保險箱裡面,現金被偷都不是他們的責任,但其實我們是有付保全費用的,所以我們要求看錄像(並非他們主動提出),經過約二十分鐘,另外一個男性工作人員出來跟我們說,國際法規規定沒有把重要物品放入保險櫃,都是旅客的問題,並且說如果你們需要可以直接叫警察來,態度十分囂張極惡劣,並沒有想要幫我們處理,也沒有顧及客人感受,只是一昧地說是我們的問題,後續我與同伴討論時,也一直打斷我們的對話,像是作賊心虛,看準了旅客並不想要惹事叫警察,所以態度很差,好像是我們應該的!!!!!!!!!!!!請大家注意多注意,隨身攜帶自己的重要物品,不要相信飯店的保安與服務人員. 這趟旅程多花了兩萬披索學經驗,旅客被偷錢並不會被飯店保護或協助,只會推卸責任,服務人員態度太差了!!!!可以不要去消費」

「Really nice hotel. The room was the premier Flint B, which had a comfortable queen bed and bunk beds for children. The terrace had a nice view of the bay. The only drawback was the steep stairs, but the bellhop carried up and down the bags. The hotel staff was very friendly, and everyone learned your name and it felt non-forced and like you knew them for a long time. 「The unit itself is fine, just as described and pictured in the listing, was clean and A/C worked good, though the WiFi was weak to non-exsistant during my stay. I mention that because it’s the main reason that I book certain places (I need WiFi). If they say there is WiFi and it doesn’t work, it really messes up my trip! The last day the WiFi came back on but nobody bothered to let me know they changed the password! Staff was very nice and food was decent (especially compared to options around...
